Lush is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader for their Woodgrove location. This role supports the Store Management Team in driving sales, providing customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence. The Floor Leader will inspire a team of sales associates, foster a positive work environment, and contribute to the store's success.
Role involves:
- Driving sales and coaching the sales team
- Delivering a world-class customer experience
- Educating customers on Lush brand values
- Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors
- Managing cash handling and store opening/closing
- Maintaining a clean and visually appealing store
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
- Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
- Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
- Problem-solving skills related to customer service
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs
