AI Implementation Engineer - Sales (n8n, low-code, AI)

Job Description

Groupon is seeking an AI Implementation Engineer to develop and integrate AI solutions within its sales technology stack. This role, reporting to the Head of Sales Efficiency and AI Transformation, will focus on enhancing the sales funnel through AI capabilities, from lead generation to customer success.

The AI Implementation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing AI solutions tailored to Groupon's sales processes. They will integrate third-party AI platforms, build data pipelines, and create machine learning models for sales forecasting, lead scoring, and prospect qualification. The role also involves developing natural language processing tools and implementing generative AI solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of software development experience with AI/ML implementation projects
• Programming skills in Low code (Mendix or similar) and N8N
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning models
• Familiarity with natural language processing and generative AI frameworks
• Knowledge of API integration, microservices architecture, and cloud deployment
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software development lifecycle
