AI Implementation Engineer - Sales (n8n, low-code, AI)

Job Description

Groupon is seeking an AI Implementation Engineer to develop and integrate AI solutions within its sales technology stack. This role, reporting to the Head of Sales Efficiency and AI Transformation, will focus on enhancing the sales funnel through AI-driven capabilities.Responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing custom AI solutions for sales processes.
• Integrating third-party AI platforms with existing sales technology.
• Building data pipelines to feed sales information into AI systems.
• Creating and optimizing machine learning models for sales forecasting and lead scoring.
• Developing natural language processing tools for conversation analysis and email automation.
• Implementing and customizing generative AI solutions for content creation.
• Maintaining and improving AI implementations through code updates and model retraining.
• Collaborating with data engineering and DevOps for scalable solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of software development experience with AI/ML implementation.
• Proficiency in low-code platforms (Mendix or similar) and N8N.
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Familiarity with natural language processing and generative AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of API integration, microservices architecture, and cloud deployment.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software development lifecycle.
