Job Description
Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Operations Specialist I to support a wide range of activities within the Business & Operational Excellence group. This role is aligned with functional areas including Resource & Contractor Management, Vendor Management, and Operational Excellence. The Operations Specialist I will support leadership in executing various tasks and activities to fulfill functional priorities.
Role involves: - Supporting the development of documentation for processes, procedures, roles, and responsibilities.
- Preparing tools and templates to ensure proper execution of processes and procedures.
- Supporting the management of materials and ensuring tools, templates, and process documents are up-to-date.
- Supporting communication of new processes to stakeholders.
- Assisting in planning, organizing, and coordinating specific initiatives.
- Scheduling meetings, taking notes, and identifying next steps across stakeholders.
- Assisting with data management, spreadsheets, and trackers.
- Helping with the onboarding of new contractors, staff, or others.
Requirements: - BA degree or equivalent regional degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-2 years of experience with operational support, process improvement, or a related function.
- Established experience and fluency in the Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English.
- Working knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant Precision SOPs and regulatory guidance.
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work and plan independently as well as in a team environment.
