Job Description
Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support operational project teams financially throughout the life cycle of projects. The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and success of clinical trials. This role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.Role involves:
- Supporting project teams in all financial areas related to clinical trials.
- Preparing monthly invoicing worksheets for client invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Performing variance analysis to identify gaps and changes in scope.
- Reviewing work orders and change order budgets.
- Supporting monthly project review meetings.
- Assisting in the preparation of contract documents.
- Collaborating with the Company Accountant on financial reporting and general ledger functions.
- Supporting the timely reporting of monthly financial information.
- Responding to inquiries from the CFO and Vice President, Operational Finance.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of new procedures and features.
Requirements:
- University degree in Accounting/Finance or related field (Europe) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related business discipline (North America).
- 5+ years of general ledger and financial reporting experience.
- Working knowledge of the accounting cycle, project budgets, financial project management support, Earned Value Analysis (“EVA”) analysis, and contract review.
- Fluency in English.
