Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support operational project teams financially throughout the life cycle of projects. The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and success of clinical trials. This role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.Role involves:

• Supporting project teams in all financial areas related to clinical trials.
• Preparing monthly invoicing worksheets for client invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Performing variance analysis to identify gaps and changes in scope.
• Reviewing work orders and change order budgets.
• Supporting monthly project review meetings.
• Assisting in the preparation of contract documents.
• Collaborating with the Company Accountant on financial reporting and general ledger functions.
• Supporting the timely reporting of monthly financial information.
• Responding to inquiries from the CFO and Vice President, Operational Finance.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of new procedures and features.

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting/Finance or related field (Europe) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related business discipline (North America).
• 5+ years of general ledger and financial reporting experience.
• Working knowledge of the accounting cycle, project budgets, financial project management support, Earned Value Analysis (“EVA”) analysis, and contract review.
• Fluency in English.
