Sustainability Intern (f/m/x)

Job Description

Tanso is seeking a Sustainability Intern to join their Climate Intelligence team in Munich. The intern will play a crucial role in ensuring customer success by helping them navigate sustainability reporting and ESG data collection. This involves educating customers, developing workshops and training materials, and summarizing sustainability standards and policy updates.

The Sustainability Intern will act as a bridge between Tanso's customers and internal teams, understanding customer pain points and supporting them in their sustainability journey. The intern will have opportunities to contribute ideas and take initiative in a fast-growing environment.

Role Involves:

• Working with the customer success team and customers on onboarding and data challenges.
• Providing support on sustainability reporting questions.
• Developing learning materials for CSRD, VSME, GRI, and other ESG reporting standards.
• Researching and summarizing regulations and frameworks in sustainability and climate.
• Educating internal and external stakeholders on sustainability requirements and trends.
• Co-creating and implementing tools to improve customer experience.

Requirements:

• Living in or willing to relocate to Munich.
• Pre-existing working permit for the EU.
• English at level C1 or higher.
• German at level C1.
