Sr. Finance Analyst, Product Development Finance

Job Description

Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Product Finance, to contribute to financial management and process enhancement. The role involves understanding and driving results in direct material costs across vehicle platforms. The Senior Finance Analyst will be integral to facilitating operating team alignment and decision making, present data in cohesive reports that provide clear communication and recommendations.Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of bill of material and vendor investment costs.
• Develop effective bill of material management tools, segmenting large data sets into digestible metrics.
• Consolidate and analyze financial data, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Review purchase requests for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide objective progress tracking toward annual OKRs and analyze strategic initiatives.
• Support departments with month-end financial reporting and business plan development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, including variance analysis.
• Prior experience supporting product development or bill of material is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools(SAP/Anaplan).
