Job Description
LastPass is seeking an Order Processing Specialist for a fixed-term, remote position based in Hungary. This role is within the CFO’s Finance Support Operations Organization and reports to a manager in Budapest. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented finance or accounting professional eager to grow in a fast-paced SaaS company.
Role Involves:
- Reviewing sales opportunities for compliance with Finance Support Operations Policies.
- Verifying accuracy of sales orders and contract terms in NetSuite.
- Addressing internal cases within Salesforce.com.
- Meeting month-end and quarter-end deadlines.
- Managing tax exemptions, invoicing, and payment processing issues.
- Supporting compliance efforts and assisting with audits.
- Contributing to special projects.
Requirements:
- Background in finance operations with experience in deal desk, collections, and billing systems like Salesforce.
- Reliable and deadline-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable collaborating across global teams and time zones.
- Flexible and quick to adapt in dynamic environments.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
