Werkstudent (gn) CRM More Nutrition

Job Description

The Quality Group is seeking a Werkstudent (gn) to join the CRM team for More Nutrition in Hamburg. In this hybrid role, the Werkstudent will collaborate closely with CRM Managers and the Copywriter to advance the CRM strategy of the More Nutrition brand.

The role involves:

• Independently creating newsletters in Klaviyo
• Setting up checks of (CRM) surveys
• Evaluating CRM KPIs and deriving analyses
• Supporting (Newsletter) copy creation
• Conducting targeted topic & product research
• Collaborating closely with the graphic team

Requirements:

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Analytical and creative skills with proficiency in MS Office
• First experience with the More Nutrition brand is a plus
• Reliable, team-oriented, and communicative
• Excellent language skills in both German and English
