Job Description
Cabify is seeking a Driver Growth Analyst to join their Growth team in Madrid. This role focuses on solidifying Cabify as the preferred platform for drivers. The Driver Growth Analyst will lead the strategy for acquiring, retaining, and building loyalty within the driver community, maximizing engagement, and optimizing promotional investments through strategic and analytical insights.   • Designing, managing, and monitoring promotion and incentive campaigns for drivers.
  • Coordinating the promotion budget globally, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve and optimize the driver experience and growth through data analysis.
  • Developing strategies to increase the acquisition, retention, and loyalty of the driver audience.
  • Analyzing driver behavior and constructing dashboards and reports to guide local and global decision-making.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Operations) to scale engagement and promotion initiatives.
  • Evolving promotion systems towards more intelligent, automated, and real-time models.
Requirements:
  • Alignment with company principles and values.
  • Engineering, Data Science, or related education.
  • 2+ years of experience in analysis, strategy, operations, or growth roles, ideally in digital companies or consulting.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools like Tableau (or others like Power BI or Looker).
  • Experience with data analysis tools like Python or R is a plus.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to translate data into clear business decisions.
  • Collaborative spirit for working in cross-functional and dynamic environments.
