Senior Security Engineer, Identity, Security and Technology Foundations

The Senior Security Engineer, Identity role at Tide is part of the Identity team within the Security Engineering department. This team manages Identity across Tide, including Okta integration and modern access control patterns.

Role involves:

• Championing Identity across Tide.
• Collaborating with business and technology teams to implement least-privilege access controls.
• Ensuring the Identity estate adheres to best practices.
• Automating manual identity management processes.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise with modern Identity Providers such as Okta.
• Deep understanding of authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0, SAML, and OIDC.
• Hands-on experience writing Terraform.
• Experience in scripting and automation.
• Passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge.
• Hands-on attitude and ability to drive solutions to completion.
• Excellent communication skills.
