Senior GTM Financial Analyst

Job Description

Intercom, an AI Customer Service company, is seeking a Senior GTM Financial Analyst in San Francisco. This role involves strategic partnership with Global GTM and Finance teams, driving financial execution within Marketing and Customer Success. The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate with GTM teams, develop an understanding of Enterprise SaaS business, and help inform strategic decisions.Intercom offers competitive benefits, a hybrid working policy, and values diversity.What this role involves:

• Monitoring and improving monthly and quarterly Top-of-the-Funnel (TOFU) performance models.
• Synthesizing and reporting on changes in the Marketing funnel.
• Facilitating quarterly capacity analysis for Customer Solutions, Sales Engineering, and Professional Services teams.
• Supporting Accounting in month-end close.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with GTM, Product, and Finance teams.
• Executing relevant GTM and Finance reports for the C-suite and other key executives.
• Researching and benchmarking growth and financial metrics against industry comparables.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience within GTM/Strategic Finance or related positions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite.
• Experience with Tableau, Adaptive, or similar forecasting tools preferred.
• Proven track record of developing actionable analysis.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technical skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL is strongly preferred.
