Workday Integration Engineer

Job Description

Zscaler is seeking a Workday Integration Engineer to design and deliver technology solutions for the People & Culture (HR) function. The Workday Integration Engineer will manage the lifecycle of Workday integrations, act as a subject matter expert for integration scenarios, and deliver projects using agile methodologies. They will also address integration issues, oversee system data flows, and ensure compliance through rigorous testing.

Role involves:
• Managing the complete lifecycle of Workday integrations
• Acting as a subject matter expert for complex integration scenarios
• Delivering Workday integration projects using agile methodologies
• Addressing integration issues through root cause analysis
• Overseeing system data flows while ensuring compliance

Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Tech Stack (PECI, PICOF, Studio, CCWs, RaaS, WWS)
• At least one full Workday implementation
• Extensive experience in developing custom reports and calculated fields
• Experience integrating Workday with third-party service vendors
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale Workday integration projects
• Demonstrated expertise working effectively in fast-paced environments
