Job Description
The Client Services Lead role at a company based in Gurugram, India, involves leading a team of analysts, data scientists, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions for pharmaceutical clients. The candidate will participate in client proposal discussions, provide thought leadership for technical solutions, and possess expertise in all phases of model development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of analysts and data scientists/engineers.
- Deliver end-to-end solutions for pharmaceutical clients.
- Participate in client proposal discussions.
- Provide thought leadership for technical solutions.
- Expertise in all phases of model development.
- Implement ML models in an optimized, sustainable framework.
- Gain business understanding in the healthcare domain.
- Keep the team up-to-date on the latest advancements in ML and AI.
Requirements:
- 7-9 years of industry experience in developing data science models and solutions.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Proven track record of implementing end-to-end data science modeling projects.
- Strong experience in a consulting environment.
- Expert proficiency in Python/SQL.
- Working knowledge of Relational SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Extensive knowledge of predictive & machine learning models.
- Working knowledge of NLP techniques and BERT transformer models.
- Working knowledge of Deep learning & unsupervised learning.
- Exposure to open-source tools & cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
- Exposure to AI tools LLM models Llama (ChatGPT, Bard) and prompt engineering is an added advantage
- Exposure to visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI is an added advantage
