Job Description
Aspire is seeking a Director of Fraud Operations to lead and scale its global fraud operations. This role is based in either Singapore or India. The Director will define and execute the fraud strategy, prevent and detect fraudulent activity across all products and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, deep operational expertise, and proven leadership skills to manage a geographically distributed team.
Role involves:
- Developing and implementing a global fraud operations strategy.
- Leading and mentoring a global Fraud Operations team.
- Overseeing day-to-day global fraud operations, including monitoring, investigations, and dispute resolution.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
- Working with external partners to enhance fraud prevention efforts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in fraud risk management or fraud operations.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing fraud operations teams.
- Experience in developing and executing global fraud prevention strategies.
- Expert knowledge of global fraud trends and detection techniques.
- Strong understanding of fraud operations metrics and data analysis.
- Comprehensive understanding of fraud detection systems and machine learning applications.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
