Eucalyptus is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team in Tokyo, Japan. Eucalyptus is a rapidly growing health tech company focused on weight management and preventative healthcare. The Lead Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for leading the Japan Talent team, supporting hiring managers, and contributing to the global talent strategy. This role involves building a team of recruiters, upgrading talent workflows, designing sourcing strategies, and aligning the talent function with business priorities.Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Develop and upgrade talent workflows and technology.
• Design and launch innovative sourcing strategies.
• Align the Talent function with broader business priorities.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment.
• Experience in agency recruitment or a sales-driven environment.
• Experience building and leading teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English & Japanese.
• Data-driven decision-making approach.
