Eucalyptus is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team in Tokyo, Japan. Eucalyptus is a health tech company focused on chronic disease prevention, particularly obesity, through its program, Juniper. Juniper combines GLP-1 medication with personalized nutrition and exercise plans, supported by a multidisciplinary care team. The company has experienced significant growth and is expanding its team to support its global operations.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will lead the Japan Talent team, managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions. They will also play a key role in shaping the global talent strategy, leveraging technology and AI to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience. This role requires a hybrid work arrangement with at least three days per week in the Tokyo office.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Develop and upgrade talent workflows and technology.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Align the Talent function with business priorities.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Experience in agency recruitment or a sales-driven environment.
  • Experience building and leading teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English and Japanese.
  • Data-driven decision-making approach.
