AB InBev is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support its leadership team in New York City. This role requires an expert multi-tasker who can work independently and collaboratively.She will be responsible for:
Providing full administrative support to Vice Presidents.
Managing complex calendars and meeting schedules.
Arranging extensive international and domestic travel.
Processing expenses and preparing meeting materials.
Coordinating logistics for departmental events.
Onboarding new hires and internal transfers.
Organizing team engagement events.
Managing confidential information.
The ideal candidate should have:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Relevant experience supporting senior executives.
Ability to work on a broad range of projects.
Desire to maximize team efficiency and productivity.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
