Job Description

Lush is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader for their Memorial City location. The Floor Leader will support the Store Management Team across all areas of the business, from driving sales to leading training sessions. The Floor Leader will work to ensure an exceptional customer experience, a happy and motivated staff, and operational excellence.Role involves:

• Driving sales and exceeding goals
• Delivering a world-class customer experience
• Educating customers on Lush brand values
• Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors
• Managing cash handling and store opening/closing
• Maintaining a clean and organized store

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Problem-solving skills related to customer service
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
