Job Description
Lush is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader in Burlington, MA. This role supports the Store Management Team in driving sales, opening/closing the store, analyzing sales results, and leading training sessions. The Floor Leader ensures an exceptional customer experience, a motivated staff, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Driving sales and providing coaching to the sales team.
  • Delivering a world-class customer experience, including product demonstrations.
  • Educating customers on Lush brand values.
  • Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
  • Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
  • Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
  • Problem-solving skills related to customer service.
  • Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
