Job Description
Lush is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader for their Woodgrove location in Nanaimo, British Columbia. This role supports the Store Management Team in driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence. The Floor Leader will lead and inspire a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Driving sales and coaching the sales team.
- Delivering excellent customer experience and product demonstrations.
- Educating customers on Lush brand values.
- Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors.
- Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures.
- Maintaining store appearance and inventory.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, and cash handling.
- Supervisory experience involving coaching and training.
- Problem-solving skills related to customer service.
- Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical business.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
