Lush is seeking a Store Manager for their Meridian, Idaho location. The Store Manager will lead the team, embody Lush's core values, and oversee all aspects of the retail business. This includes managing budgets, exceeding sales targets, and creating a strong customer and staff experience.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of management experience in a retail environment
• Strong HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong customer service, supervisory, and sales skills
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
