Product Manager - B2B SaaS / Compensation Platform

Job Description

Ravio is seeking a Product Manager to join their team in London. Ravio is focused on modernizing compensation practices by building a real-time compensation solution. The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, customer success, and sales teams to identify customer needs and deliver product experiences.

The Product Manager will have end-to-end ownership over one of Ravio’s products. This role involves:

• Building a customer-centric product through user research and feedback sessions.
• Leading product development from ideation to launch, including roadmap management and requirements definition.
• Driving product and technical innovation to solve complex customer problems.
• Partnering with sales, customer success, and operations to deliver business outcomes.

Ravio is looking for someone who has:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS or data-heavy tech environment.
• Experience owning a product or feature end-to-end.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfort working closely with engineers and designers in agile teams.
• Analytical thinking and experience using data to inform product decisions.
