Job Description
Sterlington, an international law firm, is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to build and develop the communications infrastructure across the Firm. This is a standalone role within the marketing team. The Manager will ensure the culture reflects the Firm’s identity and that remote-first, international teams feel connected. The Communications Manager will also serve as the primary liaison with the external PR agency and other external partners.Role involves:
- Establishing a communications strategy for business change and people strategy initiatives.
- Managing all internal comms channels and platforms.
- Collaborating with internal teams on firm or global team-wide comms.
- Managing and executing external communications with PR agencies.
- Supporting key internal events.
- Designing and rolling out a ‘town-hall’ programme.
- Making recommendations to improve ways of working.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for external communications.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience of leading strategic communications projects.
- 6+ years’ experience in a communications role, with some at Manager level.
- Experience working in a remote-first environment.
- Vendor analysis, selection, and implementation experience around internal communications / intranet platforms.
- Exceptional written, oral, and presentational skills in English.
- Working knowledge of professional services environment advantageous.
- Adept at prioritizing a busy workload.
- Comfortable working in a diverse, fast-paced, international business.
