Job Description
Sterlington, an international law firm, is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to build and develop the communications infrastructure across the Firm. This is a standalone role within the marketing team. The Manager will ensure the culture reflects the Firm’s identity and that remote-first, international teams feel connected. The Communications Manager will also serve as the primary liaison with the external PR agency and other external partners.Role involves:
  • Establishing a communications strategy for business change and people strategy initiatives.
  • Managing all internal comms channels and platforms.
  • Collaborating with internal teams on firm or global team-wide comms.
  • Managing and executing external communications with PR agencies.
  • Supporting key internal events.
  • Designing and rolling out a ‘town-hall’ programme.
  • Making recommendations to improve ways of working.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for external communications.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience of leading strategic communications projects.
  • 6+ years’ experience in a communications role, with some at Manager level.
  • Experience working in a remote-first environment.
  • Vendor analysis, selection, and implementation experience around internal communications / intranet platforms.
  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentational skills in English.
  • Working knowledge of professional services environment advantageous.
  • Adept at prioritizing a busy workload.
  • Comfortable working in a diverse, fast-paced, international business.
