Project Executive, Retail

Job Description

CASETiFY is seeking a Project Executive to support the expansion of its retail stores worldwide. The Project Executive will leverage their experience in interior design and project management, particularly in retail fixture design and development, to contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing assigned projects, including VM fixture orders and pop-up activations.
• Reviewing store design drawings for compliance with codes and brand standards.
• Maintaining project documentation and providing regular updates.
• Coordinating with contractors and internal teams to clarify project scope.
• Performing ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial/retail architecture or interior design.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Strong project management skills.
• Passion for creative thinking in fixture development.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined.
• Great communication and presentation skills.
• Basic Knowledge in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of 3D software and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
