This role combines management and individual contributor responsibilities, focusing on cutting-edge anti-cheat and anti-piracy technologies. The Engineering Manager will collaborate with a global team of programmers and the broader development team to optimize game performance and ensure efficient use of system resources.

The Engineering Manager will define team objectives, create actionable plans, and communicate progress to stakeholders. They will conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and realign priorities as needed. Collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams is essential to ensure seamless integration of systems within the broader architecture.
