Job Description
Zenoti is seeking a Senior Manager of Workforce Planning to lead resource scheduling and long-term capacity planning for its global Customer & Technical Support organization. This role involves managing a team of 150+ professionals across multiple regions and time zones, supporting a complex SaaS platform. The Senior Manager will ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time, aligning with long-term business goals. They will collaborate with support leaders, product management, customer success, and business operations to align workforce strategy with dynamic drivers.

Role involves:
  • Leading daily and weekly scheduling for global support teams.
  • Managing intraday staffing adjustments.
  • Forecasting short-, mid-, and long-term staffing needs.
  • Designing scalable workforce models.
  • Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Building and maintaining models and dashboards to track support volume and staffing efficiency.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in workforce planning or operations planning.
  • Experience managing global teams and 24x7 support operations.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into operational staffing plans.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in workforce management platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Statistics, or a related field.
