Responsibilities: - Work with customers to resolve issues related to Zenoti usage.
- Take ownership of customer-reported problems and ensure their resolution.
- Consult with customers to optimize their business operations using Zenoti.
- Adhere to established team processes for issue resolution.
- Participate in the ticketing system to address client-reported issues.
- Provide feedback on product challenges to influence product direction.
Requirements: - 4 to 8 years of experience supporting web-based enterprise applications.
- A strong desire to solve problems for customers.
- A technology-centric background.
- Previous advanced support experience with data-driven, web-based applications.
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts.
