  • Work with customers to resolve issues related to Zenoti usage.
  • Take ownership of customer-reported problems and ensure their resolution.
  • Consult with customers to optimize their business operations using Zenoti.
  • Adhere to established team processes for issue resolution.
  • Participate in the ticketing system to address client-reported issues.
  • Provide feedback on product challenges to influence product direction.
Requirements:
  • 4 to 8 years of experience supporting web-based enterprise applications.
  • A strong desire to solve problems for customers.
  • A technology-centric background.
  • Previous advanced support experience with data-driven, web-based applications.
  • Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in night shifts.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.
