Amplitude is seeking a Sr. Engagement Manager to join their Customer Success team in Bangalore, India. This role is crucial for driving adoption and long-term value realization for Amplitude’s enterprise customers during the implementation phase. The Engagement Manager will collaborate with a Solutions Architect and other team members to understand customer business requirements and ensure they quickly realize value from Amplitude.This role involves:
Owning the implementation phase of the customer lifecycle.
Working with a Solutions Architect to deliver results.
Understanding customer business requirements.
Planning, organizing, and managing project lifecycles.
Managing issues/risks and driving on-time execution.
Guiding customers in building solutions for their product intelligence strategy.
Collaborating with Sales to scope project terms.
Collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to design new service offerings.
Requirements for this position include:
At least 5 years of experience in consulting, customer success, project management, or professional services.
At least 1.5 years of experience working with large enterprise customers.
Experience managing multiple business units or customers simultaneously.
Ability to navigate complex enterprises and build relationships.
Ability to learn and explain technical products.
Experience coordinating across different teams.
Experience with digital platforms like Adobe, Marketo, SFDC, and BI toolsets is a plus.
