Job Description
Nabis is looking for a Senior Brand Payments Associate to join their Finance team. This role is crucial for managing key processes within the Brand Payments function and serves as the first point of contact for Brand Payments Associates. The Senior Associate will offer guidance, resolve escalated issues, and promote operational excellence through ownership of remittance workflows, inquiry management, and payment reconciliation.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Brand Payments Associates.
- Reconcile and analyze retailer payments due to brands.
- Manage Zendesk tickets by responding to brand inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Support day-to-day operations.
- Participate in and occasionally lead calls with brand partners.
- Collaborate with the Team Lead on special projects, process enhancements, and system improvements.
- Conduct first-level quality reviews of team members' work.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
- Stay adaptable and open to learning new tools and systems.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems; experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
