Job Description
Adyen is seeking an AML Compliance Change Expert to join their Global AML Compliance Department in Amsterdam. This role is crucial for ensuring the scalability of Adyen's AML Risk framework and maintaining ethical and sustainable business practices. The ideal candidate will be passionate about combating money laundering and terrorist financing.

Role Involves:
  • Providing expert AML guidance across the customer lifecycle, including CDD and sanctions screening.
  • Driving continuous improvement of the Compliance Framework.
  • Translating new rules into practice and embedding changes with business and technology teams.
  • Supporting and overseeing 1st Line AML processes.
  • Handling regulatory inquiries with a global lens.
  • Designing, delivering, and tracking AML training programs.
  • Supporting performance of holistic AML risk assessments.
  • Challenging the status quo and identifying better ways to manage AML risk.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders across various departments.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in AML Compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of AML/CFT laws and regulations.
  • Good understanding of Fraud risks and Framework.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, independent thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the financial sector is a must, with payments experience as a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent verbal and written English.
