The ideal candidate will proactively monitor flows, drive improvements, and prevent issues using data, tools, and product insights. They will also excel at translating product roadmaps into actionable requirements and leading collaborations with partners.

What this role involves:
  • Owning technical relationships with Adyen’s Payment Methods partners.
  • Driving end-to-end conversion improvements and enhancing existing integrations.
  • Acting as the technical point of contact for card acquiring rails.
  • Identifying opportunities to develop tools and processes for scalable support.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in tech or payments, managing Visa and Mastercard systems.
  • Ability to structure and communicate clear project plans across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, payment systems, and technical solutions.
  • Operationally excellent and driven to improve existing processes.
  • Skilled at managing external stakeholders and influencing partners.
