Job Description
Zenvia is seeking a UX Analyst to join its Professional Services team, focusing on delivering high-value implementations for clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about analyzing, understanding, and building conversational experiences and interfaces to enhance the usability of Zenvia's products and services.This role involves:
  • Constructing conversational flows based on client needs.
  • Creating and tracking metrics with clients.
  • Analyzing metrics to identify improvements and validate solutions.
  • Ensuring language consistency across the user journey.
  • Leading meetings and decision-making with clients.
  • Applying and identifying new best practices for the dialogue design team.
  • Mentoring junior professionals.
  • Creating optimal user journeys and proto-personas.
Requirements include:
  • Experience in UX Writing and/or UX Design.
  • Knowledge of information architecture and conversational interfaces.
  • Proficiency in writing for conversational design.
  • Experience with conversational pattern creation and maintenance.
  • Experience in creating low and high-fidelity flowcharts.
  • Ability to organize business rules and client data.
  • Knowledge of prototyping, metrics analysis, and solution identification.
  • Strong grammar and spelling skills.
