Job Description
Eurowings Digital is seeking a Strategy & Project Support Digital Operations (all genders) to play a key role in bridging digital capabilities and efficient operations. This role involves collaborating with digital and aviation teams to align projects with the company's digital vision. The candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional digital initiatives, translate strategic goals into actionable project plans, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.Role involves:

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in business, economics, aviation management, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • Approx. 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in digital transformation, project management, operations, or strategy.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). German a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • High motivation and commitment to achieving results.
  • Ability to work in changing business environments.
