Job Description
The KOL and Affiliate Specialist role at the company is responsible for identifying, managing, and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and affiliate partners to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales. This role involves executing influencer marketing and affiliate campaigns, optimizing content for TikTok, and leveraging data insights to drive performance. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize marketing impact.Responsibilities include:
  • Identifying and managing KOL relationships.
  • Developing and implementing marketing campaigns with KOLs.
  • Managing and allocating budgets for KOL campaigns.
  • Developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies.
  • Collaborating with affiliates to create and optimize TikTok content.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing or KOL Management.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, KOL engagement, and social media trends.
  • Creative mindset to develop engaging and compelling video content.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
  • Creative and adaptable mindset with a flexible approach to work.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized in managing multiple projects.
  • Passionate about skincare and beauty trends.
