Job Description
Corelight is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales within the SLED space in the Eastern Territory. The Account Executive will manage relationships with internal and customer partners in state and local government and education. They will position Corelight solutions to C-suite executives, develop business, and meet sales quotas. The Account Executive will align with Corelight's partner ecosystem, maintain pipeline management, and build cross-functional relationships. They will act as a trusted advisor, aligning Corelight solutions with client goals. Regional travel is required.

Role Involves:
  • Managing and driving sales within the SLED space in the Eastern Territory.
  • Developing and managing relationships with internal and customer partners.
  • Positioning Corelight solutions to C-suite executives.
  • Developing business and meeting sales quotas.
  • Aligning with Corelight's partner ecosystem.
  • Maintaining pipeline management.
  • Building cross-functional relationships.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years selling enterprise SaaS solutions in the cloud/security space.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders during a sales process.
  • Proficiency in value-based solution selling.
  • Proven track record of selling within a geographic-based territory.
  • Good standing relationships with previous sales operation teams.
  • Consultative and professional approach to engaging with customers.
  • Ability to pivot in a meeting.
  • Proficiency in executing a formal sales process.
  • Experience managing accounts in cloud or cybersecurity ecosystem.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Must be located in Central or Eastern Time Zones.
