Job Description
Interface.ai is seeking a Senior Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients. The Senior Account Manager will foster strong relationships built on trust and value delivery. They will utilize Sandler or MEDDIC/MEDDPIC methodologies to identify customer needs and drive mutual success. The role involves owning the renewal process, identifying and executing account expansion opportunities, and partnering with the TAM to align on customer goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients.
  • Utilize Sandler or MEDDIC/MEDDPIC methodologies to identify customer needs.
  • Own the renewal process to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify and execute account expansion opportunities to increase ARR.
  • Partner with TAM to align on customer goals and strategies for success.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to address challenges.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Interface AI’s SaaS offerings and value propositions.
  • Advocate for customer needs and ensure they are met by Interface AI’s solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management in the technology industry.
  • Farmer mindset with a focus on nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and software development lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and timelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
