Senior QA Funcional Analyst

Job Description

PALO IT is seeking a Senior QA Functional Analyst to contribute to their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing tests for advanced transfer applications and platforms. This role requires a detailed understanding of the products and close collaboration with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure high-quality product delivery every two weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and improving test cases.
• Collaborating with product management, data science, and behavioral health specialists.
• Reporting and tracking data quality to drive conversations around product quality.
• Analyzing and troubleshooting reported defects and internal issues.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with Java, Javascript, REST-Assured, Protractor, Appium, Jenkins, GIT, JIRA, Postman, SQL.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for test analysis and quality reporting is a plus.
