Level.works is seeking an Implementatie Manager to nurture client relationships and drive growth. The Implementatie Manager will be responsible for guiding clients from initial contact to successful implementation, building relationships, making initial placements, and establishing processes. They will also identify commercial opportunities and translate them into practical solutions.
The Implementatie Manager will work closely with the Business Development team, operations, and the founders.
Role Involves:
- Setting up collaboration: from internal processes and systems to working agreements with new customers.
- Recruitment and self-generation of initial placements with clients.
- Acting as the first point of contact and operational coordinator for new customers.
- Implementing and ensuring our full range of services to new and existing customers.
- Project-based improvement of internal and external processes.
- Making proposals for the development of new concepts and propositions.
- Rolling out scalable processes and realizing an overview of objectives.
- Substantively supporting the sales organization in quotation and tender processes, especially the business development team.
- Monitoring the collaboration and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
- When the customer grows: Co-creating a team and gradually transferring management.
Requirements:
- Completed HBO/WO education.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an independent role.
- Familiar with project management and not afraid to pick up the phone.
- Good at thinking in terms of processes.
- Communicatively strong and customer-oriented in Dutch (minimum C1 level).
- Not stopping until it is really well arranged.
Level.works offers:
- A salary between € 4,000 to € 5,000 per month on a full-time basis, appropriate to your experience.
