AutoScout24 Group is seeking a Paid Search Marketing Manager to play a key role in scaling paid search activities and driving high-quality traffic to their platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, ensuring alignment with the local market strategy.

What this role involves:

  • Planning, executing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads for the Canadian market
  • Managing budgets and bid strategies to maximize ROI and efficiency
  • Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing of ads and landing pages
  • Collaborating with analytics, product, and content teams to align on campaign goals and performance
  • Monitoring market trends, exploring new ad formats and channels, and testing innovative growth tactics
  • Reporting on performance and insights, and providing strategic recommendations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, especially PPC/SEA
  • Proven success managing Google and Microsoft Ads campaigns at scale
  • Experience managing large budgets and forecasting scenarios
