Product Owner

Job Description

Platform Science is seeking a Product Owner to join their expanding European market in Belgium. This hybrid role, located in Ieper or Leuven, will focus on business analysis and process improvement, bridging the gap between customer needs, internal stakeholders, and technical execution. The Product Owner will manage the product backlog of a Scrum team, define requirements, and collaborate with Agile teams, product management, and local stakeholders.Responsibilities:

• Analyze processes and requirements to define product vision and optimizations.
• Own and prioritize the team backlog, linking features to process value.
• Translate roadmap items and process improvements into user stories.
• Champion operational needs within Agile teams and guide sprint delivery.
• Manage release readiness for new features and process changes.
• Monitor product impact on workflows and build stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in software/SaaS.
• Expertise in Agile backlog management, requirements gathering, and business process analysis.
• Strong collaboration, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Logistics, Telematics, Fleet Management, or optimizing B2B workflows is beneficial.
• Global or multi-regional experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within EMEA (up to 25%).
• Fluent English required; Dutch preferred.
