Job Description
Exact Sales is seeking an Analista de Estratégias Comerciais Pleno - CS to be a strategic support for clients, ensuring the effective adoption of Exact Spotter and the success of commercial operations. The role involves understanding client scenarios and objectives, providing analytical and consultative insights, and optimizing the platform to drive commercial results. The candidate will also strengthen client engagement by encouraging strategic use of Spotter functionalities and promoting participation in Exact Club initiatives.

Role involves:
  • Providing strategic guidance to clients on platform usage.
  • Conducting consultative meetings focused on results.
  • Structuring and executing action plans based on data.
  • Supporting clients in evolving commercial strategies.
  • Monitoring the client journey and ensuring adherence to the proposed plan.
  • Ensuring proper platform parameterization.
  • Interpreting data and reports to guide strategic decisions.
  • Maintaining organized and updated documentation.
  • Stimulating engagement with Exact Club content.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or ongoing) in relevant fields.
  • Solid experience in B2B consultative service in Tech or SaaS companies.
  • Experience in Customer Success, Business Consulting, or Portfolio Management.
  • Experience with commercial strategies.
  • High analytical capacity, strategic business vision, and focus on results.
  • Clear and engaging communication skills.
  • Organization and agility to handle multiple clients and demands.
  • Customer-first mentality with empathy and a focus on delivering value.
