Prezzee is seeking a Global Head of Payment Products to lead and elevate its global payment product portfolio. The ideal candidate will define and execute a product vision that fuels growth and innovation across international markets. This role requires a collaborative leader who can inspire a high-performing team and navigate global payment ecosystems.
The Global Head of Payment Products will lead the global payment product strategy, conduct market research, drive the development of payment solutions, manage product lifecycles, build partnerships, ensure compliance, and lead risk management efforts. They will also grow and lead a global product team and communicate product performance to senior leadership.
What this role involves:
- Leading the global payment product strategy.
- Conducting market and customer research.
- Driving design, development, and launch of payment solutions.
- Managing product lifecycle.
- Building partnerships with payment networks and technology providers.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Leading risk and fraud management efforts.
- Growing and leading a global product team.
- Owning the P&L for payment products.
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ product leadership experience in card payments.
- Deep expertise in payment technologies.
- Experience growing revenue and managing P&L.
- Experience negotiating vendor contracts.
- Skilled in delivering cross-border product initiatives.
- Strong people leadership skills.
