Job Description
Phiture, a mobile growth consultancy, is seeking a Mobile Growth Manager specializing in App Store Optimization (ASO). This role involves managing ASO projects for various apps, identifying areas for improvement, and communicating results to clients. The ideal candidate will drive client projects, devise ASO strategies, and ensure comprehensive client support and innovation.
What this role involves:
- Managing client accounts and leading ASO projects.
- Supporting key ASO clients globally across multiple markets and languages.
- Executing campaigns based on strategies by Senior Consultants and Growth Leads.
- Running experiments and A/B tests for optimal client results.
- Briefing designers and translators on creative experiments and app store asset localization.
- Conducting check-ins with clients, guiding through methods and ASO thought-process.
- Monitoring and reporting on keyword rankings, install rate, and experiment effectiveness.
- Devising ASO methods and strategies for client success and competitive edge.
- Continuously developing expertise in ASO and related areas.
- Producing content and articles for Phiture's ASO knowledge base and ASO Stack publication.
- Staying updated on tools, technologies, and ASO best practices.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in mobile marketing.
- At least 1 year of experience in ASO.
- Proven track record of being data-driven.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of core mobile marketing methods and terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
