Job Description

CVX Ventures is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director to lead their Danish division in Copenhagen. The Director will be responsible for shaping the company's vision, driving operational excellence, and ensuring long-term profitability. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a natural ability to build trust and relationships, is driven and hands-on, and has the ability to inspire a high-performing team.

The Director's role involves:

Defining and executing strategy
Leading the Danish expansion, including potential acquisitions
Managing the Danish P&L and overall operations
Expanding and maintaining a valuable pool of partners
Developing and leading a team of 15 in sales, board management, events, and marketing
Identifying and attracting investment cases
Leading investment deals from start to finish
Representing CVX at events and conferences
