Moloco is seeking a Group Product Manager to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Moloco Ads products. Role involves: - Defining and executing product strategy and roadmap.
- Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Leading cross-functional teams.
- Synthesizing data and gleaning analytical insights.
- Staying on top of industry trends.
- Collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Troubleshooting day-to-day operational roadblocks.
Requirements: - In-depth ad-tech experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Proven ability to understand customer needs and drive product growth.
- Experience dealing with complex technical requirements.
- Hands-on experience working in an agile environment.
- Track record of using data to inform decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
- Fast learner and self-initiative personality.
- Fluent in speaking and writing both Korean and English.
