Job Description

AutoDS, recently acquired by Fiverr, is seeking a Head of Customer Success to lead and scale their Customer Success organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving adoption, retention, and growth of the business user base, while building a world-class, proactive Customer Success function.

The Head of Customer Success will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Role Involves:

  • Owning and evolving the Customer Success strategy across segments.
  • Designing and implementing scalable CS programs for onboarding, adoption, and retention.
  • Building proactive customer lifecycle frameworks.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of CSMs.
  • Establishing key metrics and reporting to drive performance and visibility.
  • Analyzing customer behavior to identify friction points and drive initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Customer Success leadership in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Proven ability to build and scale customer success programs from the ground up.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle management, segmentation, and CS automation tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CS platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Hands-on, strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments.
