Job Description
Boosted.ai, a fintech company with offices in Toronto, New York City, and Nashville, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their rapidly growing sales team. This is a hybrid role based in their Toronto office, with an expectation of working in person three days per week. The BDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for new business through outbound, inbound, and strategic channel development initiatives.
Role involves:
- Becoming an expert on Boosted.ai and its sales process.
- Identifying and prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
- Achieving monthly Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) quota.
- Qualifying inbound and outbound business opportunities.
- Sales opportunity documentation in CRM.
- Providing sales enablement and support to Sales/Account Executives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Experience or interest in AI/machine learning and financial modeling.
- Proficiency with G-Suite, Gmail, Calendar, G-Drive, Slack, Zoom, HubSpot, and LinkedIn.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach (100+ daily outbound calls).
