Treasury Manager

Job Description

Bosa Properties Inc. is seeking a Treasury Manager to oversee cash management, treasury financial reporting, and daily banking operations. The Treasury Manager will design and implement company-wide treasury policies and procedures, while leading transformative projects in collaboration with internal Finance teams and external partners. The Treasury Manager will lead a team of three professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Role involves:

• Executing high-value transactions, including financing, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Monitoring and managing account balances, operating lines, and swinglines to ensure optimal liquidity.
• Developing accurate short-term cash flow forecasts.
• Overseeing bank account openings and onboarding processes.
• Managing debt and mortgage payment schedules.
• Overseeing the letters of credit process and review monthly reports.
• Analyzing and reviewing quarterly treasury reports prepared for senior leadership.
• Overseeing the monthly bank reconciliation process.
• Leading treasury audit procedures.
• Assessing and enhancing treasury processes and responsibilities, driving operational improvements.
• Mentoring and developing team members through targeted training and guidance.
• Leading treasury-specific and cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in treasury management, with a strong track record of leadership.
• CPA designation required.
• Excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Proven experience in project management.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• In-depth understanding of corporate banking and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including Power Query, PivotTables, and BI tools for financial analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a drive to implement best practices and deliver high-impact initiatives.
• Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to assess risks and support sound, data-driven decisions.
