Job Description

Bosa Properties is seeking an Associate Manager for Business Solutions and Delivery to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. This role focuses on enhancing customer platforms and enabling Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care teams. The Associate Manager will report to the Director of Product Management.Role involves:

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Creating process maps and proposing solutions.
• Developing and managing project plans.
• Tracking project progress and addressing issues.
• Monitoring user feedback and identifying improvements.
• Prioritizing operational requests.
• Ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a business analysis role.
• Experience with customer platforms like CRM, web systems and customer care systems
• Strong understanding of business analysis and project management frameworks.
• Experience working with agile or scrum methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
